Our client is seeking an Administrator experienced within the financial services sector. At present you may be working within (for example) pensions or investments and looking to expand your financial services knowledge and skill set further. You will be competent in liaising with current and potential customers on a daily basis, provide an outstanding customer experience, be computer literate and willing to build a career within their industry. Duties include; - Booking and confirming appointments. - Assisting with general administration. - Working closely with compliance documentation and ensuring all information is completed before the next stage. - Database management. - Setting up new contracts and obtaining policy information. - Invoicing. - Working closely with Excel Spreadsheets. - Generating reports. - Accurate data handling. The right candidate will be extremely well presented, come from a financial services industry background, have an excellent customer care ethos, work well within a team and individually, be highly accurate and ideally have some experience working to policies/compliance. Our client is part of a large financial services platform and it is a great time to join the organisation. Maidstone based with free parking on site.
