Global Digital Agency with international offices are on the market for a Head of Consumer Insights and Analytics to drive the research and analytics team. The role will have more direct involvement in the UK market, with strong influence over markets within EMEA, and will be responsible for building consistency and cohesion across the region. To be considered you must have extensive commercial experience, with a strong background in data strategy, data driven marketing, consulting/commercials and team management. My client requires someone with experience of high-level client engagement and the ability to explain complex problems in simple terms. Core skills - Digital analytics - Reporting automation and visualisation - Research - Qualitative and quantitative - Analytics - Advanced quantitative techniques - Data consulting - Client data management Role You will work closely with the EMEA market CEOs and Global Chief Analytics Officer to deliver the below: - Leading discussions on insight, analytics and media effectiveness within the agency and at a senior client level and in pitches - Grow client scope and revenue to hit ongoing targets - Determine areas of future investment to drive further incremental growth - Develop product and capabilities within key markets to ensure consistency and best-practice - Growing in-market capabilities within UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands - Work with central teams (both EMEA and global) to ensure - Timely, cost effective delivery of projects - Technical skills base matches client requirements - Scalable product is being developed to meet client needs - Work closely with strategy teams to embed and advance key planning tools - Help drive agency pitches and new business - Attend and participate in industry events - Write articles and thought-leadership for trade press - Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage and consult senior clients and lead in new business pitches - Ability to explain complex issues in simple language -an evangelist for analytics and insights, educating and stimulating interest amongst clients, presenting results for the most important work - Strong background in data strategy, analytics, research, digital marketing, media (each not essential, but the more the better) - Excellent commercial acumen (working towards budgets, monetising services, selling in projects) - Extensive experience in managing people/teams/projects For more information contact Oti Ikomi
