Change Manager - London We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to work with our client located in central London, UK. The successful applicant must have an excellent command of English (oral and written) and a thorough knowledge of another official language of the European Union Job description The Change Manager will play a key role in helping the project to meet change management objectives with regard to stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation and the training work stream. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate flexibility and agility to be able to work on multiple tasks as well display excellent communications skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: - Support the project change management stream, eg communication, stakeholder engagement and training - Support the creation of actionable deliverables for the following areas: communication, training, benefits realisation and resistance management - Transfer change management activities into plans and tasks - Identify, track, report, analyse and prepare risk and issue mitigation tactics within the context of change management - Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress - Draft targeted communications, documents taking into account the target audience, channel, and format - Liaise with external and internal stakeholders across different technical and business understanding - Manage preparation and planning of training work stream (in face to face or remote capacity). Elements that will be taken into account in determining candidates to be invited for an interview by our client: 1. At least two years' proven experience as a Business Change Manager. 2. Experience of working on software development projects. 3. Experience in working with a wide variety of stakeholders. 4.
