This is a permanent position for a Finance Assistant to join a growing company in Kings Langley reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be involved in various areas of the accounts department including sales ledger, purchase ledger as well as assisting the Finance Manager in order to provide an efficient and accurate service. The ideal candidate will have initiative and be able to hit the ground running as well as having a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Duties will include: - Reconciling bank accounts - Processing and reconciling company credit card receipts - Nominal reconciliations and analysis - Departmental & Aged Debtors reporting for management - Processing and entering overhead invoices - Processing subcontractor and supplier payments for authorisation - Timesheet analysis and payroll adjustments - Analysis of inter-company transactions - Reconcile and maintain petty cash - Assist the Finance Manager Skills required: - Experience of Sage Line 50 is essential - Knowledge of CIS would be advantageous - Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role - Proven organisational/coordination skills and attention to detail - Intermediate MS Office skills to include Word, Excel & Outlook The successful candidate will enjoy working in a friendly welcoming team within a growing local business.
