Are you an ambitious IT Professional capable of influencing c-level stakeholders? Can you demonstrate high level of strong technical understanding and the ability across applications, business intelligence and various data management tools? Do you have experiencing managing internal & external resources in a matrix environment? As the successful applicant you will take ownership of the technology road map for a fast growing business unit of a this international market leader. With direct access to the senior & exec management team you will be tasked with influencing key decision making, technology strategy and driving standards of excellence. Some examples of your key responsibilities will be, Solution Strategy, Communications and Demand Management - define and understand the business need, recommending solutions when appropriate and providing potential options where appropriate. Prepare and deliver presentations to the business, clients and vendors to drive alignment and initiate understanding of solutions in response to evolving business needs. Business Relationship Management - build and maintain strong relationships with clients including customer satisfaction, cultivating growth, as well as day-to-day communication as necessary. Meet regularly with business owners to ensure alignment on key priorities, liaising with the Technology team for support and any deliverables. You will also be responsibility for identifying & managing improvements the existing technology stack often making recommendations to achieve best practice and maximum ROI the business. To be considered you will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship building skills, the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders across different business areas, you will be a natural net-worker who can influence at the highest level but is also comfortable on the shop floor. A background working in a fast paced changing environment would be important ideally within professional services such as legal, property, consultancy although this not essential. You will have strong leadership skills and be comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Experience working with business intelligence tools and data analysis products would be beneficial. In return we offer a competitive basic salary, great benefits and bonus scheme.
