Direct Line for Business are looking to recruit a Digital Content Manager to join the team on a permanent basis in our Bromley office. We're looking for a Content Content Manager ideally from PR/Journalistic background to own the Digital content strategy for DL4B with advice and guidance from internal stakeholders and consulting agencies. Working with the SEO manager to ensure all content on the DL4B site contributes to overall site health and performance, taking necessary steps to optimise inline with business and trading needs. What being a Digital Content Manager involves - Own the content strategy, planning the timely delivery of all content across products. - Create, manager and edit content in-house for product marketing needs. - Working closely with the internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop a content calendar aligned to the business' priorities. - Lead and managing creative & outreach campaigns ideation making sure it's commercially balanced and fits within yearly content budget, oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, providing rational, objectives and measurements on key performance indicators. - Oversee external agencies and third parties for the purpose of content production, from briefing through to direction and delivery. - Working closely with SEO manager to utilise SEO best practices to support relevance, usability and marketing objectives by optimising on-page content, content structures and metadata. - Review content engagement on a 3 and 6 monthly basis for all pages on the DL4B website. Repurposing or removing content with low engagement when needed. - Facilitate the prioritisation and reprioritising of content delivery though weekly content meeting with stakeholders. - Identify, own and manage the risks involved in running our business appropriate to the role, in line with the company risk framework - Make sure that the customer is put at the heart of any new content and optimisation strategy Skills and qualities you will need - Strong background in copywriting and content production. Ideally from PR/Journalistic background. - Good spelling, punctuation and vocabulary skills. - A real passion for outreach, content marketing. - Experience of working within Finance sector would be advantageous. - Has an eye for detail and keen to learn. - Administrative and project management skills. Working hours Full Time 35 hours per week
