Systems Engineer/IT Support Engineer (O365/AD/Server) sought by a leading franchise based in Camberley, Surrey to support the day to day running of all IT Hardware/Software and take part in a broad range of IT Projects. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for dealing with all calls escalated from the helpdesk, supporting roughly 400 users across the organisation. You will also be responsible for supporting, configuring and maintaining Windows Server 2008/2012R2, Active Directory environment, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, basic networking, backup environment and more, and will be involved with IT Related projects across the business.
