Finance Assistant / Payroll Assistant / Payroll Administrator / Accounts Administrator / Payroll Admin / Cash Books Finance Assistant with previous experience in payroll within a financial environment is needed for our client, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of Window Blind Fabrics and Systems. They are looking to recruit someone on a fixed term basis for 9 months based at their Head Office in Hyde, Cheshire. The primary objective is to prepare and complete the weekly payroll and accounts related tasks. The Role: - Processing the weekly payroll of approximately 200 employees in a timely and accurate manner using information from a clocking in system, timesheets and spreadsheets - Processing bonuses and overtime - Carrying out all associated administration including recording holidays, sickness and maternity leave - Maintaining the Sterling Cash Book - Posting and allocating Credit / Debit card receipts - Coding and updating the expenses spreadsheet - Instrastats (import and export) - Sales Credit Report - Reviewing transport invoices / credit notes - Utility invoices - General administrative duties Requirements: - Recent experience within a financial environment - Previous working experience in payroll - Understanding of statutory payments will be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided - Good time management is essential - Ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
