We are looking for a candidate who can provide as the interface between customers and the business - handling customer enquiries, providing quotations and progress reports Focused Responsibilities: - Interpretation of Customer requirements - Responding to customer enquiries (acknowledge of customer enquiry, within same day) - Pricing customer enquiries ahead of required deadline (maximum 72 hours) - Compilation of quotations in required customer format - Review of completed jobs/costs for accuracy of quotations - General sales activities including assisting customer visits and onsite communication Team Responsibilities: - Customer liaison to cover all areas of necessary communication within 90 minutes of issue or call - Customer support regarding expediting orders and progress updates within same day - Liaise with customer services, production and internal sales to ensure continuity of service to the customer, providing instructions on particular customer requirements - Quote follow up with customer if no response to quote within 7 days - Utilize Factory Master CRM facility to ensure system is constantly updated - Compile routings for price calculations for quotation purposes
