Responsibilities - Maintain and develop dashboards that monitor the company CRM activity and customer behaviours - Evaluate the dashboards to pin point important areas for deeper dive analysis, and give insight on unidentified trends and drivers - Give data driven evaluations to business questions on areas such as campaign and journey effectiveness, channel performance, bonus levels - Create A/B and multivariate testing frameworks across the range of CRM activity, from message and medium to send time and offer metric - Translate between the marketing team into customer targeting recommendations - Create actionable updates of key trends and drivers across CRM operations, that go deeper than dashboards reports Requirements - Degree in mathematics, statistics, Operational Research or related - Experience creating presentations on analytical projects/work - Experienced in translating complex analysis for non-technical audiences - Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills are essential - Strong Experience using SQL - Basic foundation in modelling (e.g. cluster analysis, decision trees, regression, propensity modelling, Bayesian) - Experience in data visualization tools an advantage - Experience of working on CRM/marketing analyses and advantage
