Solutions Architect - Farnborough - £65-75K + 7% Bonus & 7% Pension A market leading and global organisation are searching for a Solutions Architect to join their innovative and evolving team based in Farnborough. The Solutions Architect will earn between £65-£75K as a basic, plus a generous bonus and benefits package befitting of leading brand. The client is always looking to build a stronger, more effective health care system and the successful Solutions Architect will play a significant role in this transformation by creating conceptual system architectures to meet the desired business capabilities. You will work with other teams within the infrastructure, build and delivery space to ensure end-to-end solutions are designed and implemented successfully. Responsibilities: The successful Solutions Architect will be responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of base capabilities, allowing the client to fully exploit opportunities in the digital space as necessary. Areas such as full stack monitoring, API centric design and micro-services adoption will fall under your remit, as will anything required to facilitate the client`s overall strategy. The role will also include, but won`t be limited to: - Consulting technical personnel and management on industry-best practices - Proactively identifying and driving the automation of tasks associated with end-to-end deployment delivery - Taking the initiative in discovering existing and new challenges pertaining to the build and deployment for internal teams - Developing and maintaining documentation and diagrams outlining automated solutions and environmental architecture - Independently supporting the code asset management process Skills: The successful Solutions Architect will have significant experience of strategy, architecture, web development and operations. Direct experience in developing and automating solutions related to continuous integration and delivery is essential, as well as experience of driving the adoption of new principles, practice and processes.
