This newly created role is a key position in Version 1's marketing team, responsible for understanding customer engagement and behaviours across all touchpoints, analysing data from different sources to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer communication in our owned and paid channels& CRM, develop better working content, and enrich digital customer experiences. The Analyst will assist the Head of Marketing, UK, Digital Marketing Manager and Sales stakeholders in building a robust customer data strategy, and will maintain and improve customer data management. The ideal candidate will have excellent CRM and Marketing Automation & Data Management Platform skills, experience in developing insight from data mining & reporting, and a solid digital marketing background. This is the perfect role for someone who likes to grasp opportunities, is very self-motivated, versatile and loves getting stuff done. Candidates should have some experience or interest in working in an IT environment and with multi-site teams. Job Objectives* Lead the effort in defining, implementing and managing "one single view" of customers through a new generation of data technology * Ensure consistent approach to consumer data is applied in all touchpoints, website, CRM, DMP. * Define and apply the right business rules and data management principles for all customer facing applications or personalised communications. * Connect our data source with 3rd party to enrich consumer view and Life Time Value, * Oversee consumer data modelling and scoring with digital agency * Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, ensure proper tagging structure is followed in all digital channels. * Work within our integrated Marketing team, including Lead Generation, and Sales to deliver reporting * Working with the Head of Lead Generation, optimise our suspect & lead acquisition strategy by reviewing performance of all sources in terms of volume and quality Skills Required* Degree educated, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Data & Analytics * 3+ years of relevant work experience * Native proficiency in English * An understanding of technology, IT services, consulting or professional services preferable * Prior experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics & Tag Manager or comparable digital analytics suite * Experience with various digital communication channels such as video, display search, native, social * Experience of CRM, such as MS Dynamics or Sales Force. Experience of a specific platform is unnecessary. * Prior exposure to customer data management. * Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills * Experience of coordinating work across teams * Highly organised with great attention to detail * Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Resilient and able to work in a highly demanding environment * Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution * Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available
