Job Title User Experience (UX) Manager Location East Sussex Salary £45-50k The Company My client is one of the UK's leading insurance providers with over 2 million customers and employing close to 3000 across their UK sites. They are still growing fast and looking for ways to innovate their digital offering. They are looking to bring on some digital specialists to enhance their current online and mobile products. The Role The Digital UX Manager will be brought on to take full responsibility of the enhancement and innovation of their online customer journey. * Be the UX SME for all digital customer journeys * Design and implementation of new journeys * Continual optimisation of customer journeys * Conduct qualitative, quantitative and audit analysis * Manage and procurement of U/X and digital design agency relationships * Conduct and contribute to digital design & architecture reviews * Assessment of new UX software * Support the delivery of the digital plan, working closely as part of agile scrum team * Aligning with IT to ensure that all U/X work is optimised for current IT infrastructure The Person The successful candidate for this role will have the following experience: * Significant U/X design and implementation * Knowledge of MVT principles and experience of end to end delivery of actual tests * Understanding / experience of working using agile principles * Previous use of web analytics software * Experience of managing and working with U/X and digital design agencies * Previous use of MVT testing software * Prototype development * Understanding of modern digital design and reasoning The Rewards This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established but ambitious organisation.
