Helpdesk Support Technician - Worthing We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Technician to provide Technical Support to Business Clients and internal colleagues. Most of the communication with clients will be conducted over the telephone, therefore high level of customer service skills are an essential requirement of the role. In addition excellent written skills will be required for email communication with clients. Role responsibilities include: Providing Technical Support to the internal Customer Services, Sales Team and Field Engineers Be first port of call for clients calling in requesting advice on how to use products Provide second line support for clients experiencing technical difficulty with products, logging the call and fixing the issue, or escalating to the Field Engineer team Maintain accurate records of all calls and work carried out Contribute towards the development of new systems and devices This role requires all of the following attributes: High level of customer service Friendly and positive attitude Experience of working in a helpdesk or high level of Customer Services, ideally within a Business to Business Environment Hardware and software ability Technically minded Problem Solver Hours of Work: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday One weekend in four you will be required to provide cover working from home, but will be generously financially rewarded for doing so, giving you the opportunity to substantially increase your salary Salary and Benefits: The basic salary for this full time role is £23,000 to £23,500 dependent on experience, plus £125 per day for four weekly weekend shifts.
