Application Support Analyst (SQL / C#) My client is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst, experienced in customer service, to join an existing team of analysts working on a Service Desk delivering an application support service to new and existing clients. Location: Northampton Salary: £28,000 to 30,000 The company offers you a great working environment and relaxed atmosphere along with fantastic progression options; they have seen previous members of the team progress into either software development or infrastructure support. You will have the opportunity to gain experience of working with all the latest technologies in multiple environments. You must have excellent customer service skills with Application support experience. Your role will include managing break down tasks of applications along with debugging applications build in C#. (Because of this you must be able to code in C# or ASP.Net) Skills Required.... - SQL support - Ability to read C# or ASP.Net coding - Application support experience - Debugging - Education experience The Working Hours: The working hours are 37.5 per week based on rotated shift patterns of: 06.00 - 14.00, 08.00 - 16.00, 10.00 - 18.00 The Service Desk is also open on Sunday mornings between 06.00 and 13.00 to support our international clients in the Middle East. There is a requirement to work a Sunday morning in rotation with colleagues (approximately 6 Sundays per year). There is a salary enhancement and time off in lieu in return.
