HR Administrator - Financial Services Hertfordshire Salary £24,000 - £30,000 + Excellent benefits An excellent career opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Administrator to join a well-established, highly respected Finance House. The company offers a wide range of financial solutions to businesses including Leasing, Asset Finance and Vendor Finance and they are keen to add this 'stand-out' candidate to what is already a very successful team. This exciting and varied role would suit candidates who have demonstrable experience within a HR team and who are looking to progress in their HR career. This is a fast paced and demanding role, so you will need to be well organised, have excellent communication and people skills and be adaptable to an evolving environment. This position will involve tasks such as helping with the company's recruitment process, dealing with day to day HR queries, the upkeep of Employee records and the preparation of Recruitment / Training days. You will also be responsible for providing ad-hoc reporting and general administration support. You will be joining a highly driven and motivated business and will be expected to demonstrate a good work ethic alongside being energetic, confident and self-reliant. Discretion is a crucial attribute to possess as you will dealing with confidential Employee details and will be involved in a range of HR matters. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to display good attention to detail. You will be well organised, able to prioritise your workload and be competent in using Microsoft office and Excel.
