We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Device organisation with exciting new opportunities working as a Clinical Advisor within the Woundcare market. You will need to develop and build enviable relationships with key customers within target accounts which increase sales and market share growth of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) products on the territory in line with expectations. These exciting roles will be working across Central London. Essential Requirements: Scientific graduate, Nursing, HCP or similar diploma. Comprehensive clinical experience and proven knowledge within underlying etiologies in Woundcare and NPWT management systems. Aligned clinical experience within the NHS or similar health system such as Tissue Viability Nurse's (TVN), District Nurse's (DN's). Demonstrated skill in working with different levels & types of Clinicians and influencing key decision makers. Experience in commercial environment/commercial awareness. Satisfactorily completes self-managed projects. Ability to demonstrate good understanding of NHS developments, health reforms, competitor and own product knowledge to colleagues. Proven skills in building good customer relationships. Experience working with a wide range of specialist and culturally diverse people, influencing them to get things done. Multi-functional team working and principles of organisational networking. A current driving licence with no more than 6 points. Role Responsibilities: Demonstrates in-depth clinical and product knowledge within key indication areas. Build regional comprehensive customer influencing map. Maximise the clinical access to key brands through formulary inclusions or clinical guidelines. Drive and support product implementation across care settings. Ensure correct and competent use of company's brands through regular training. Initiate and drive (hospital/community) product evaluations through liaisons with key clinical decision makers. Support the development of business cases for financing of products through liaison with key clinical decision makers in conjunction with Medical Affairs team and HDMs. Facilitate the development of localised case studies and evaluations for dissemination and publication. Plan and implement local study/educational activity to raise awareness of the therapy areas and build platform for sales opportunities. Develop and promote local product advocates and maximise peer to peer selling. Meet all KPIs around customer training, evaluations, activities in line with regional sales strategy & CRM system working within and adhering to company's compliance policy & Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics. Meet all deadlines for administration and business reports. Represent our company professionally at all times.
