Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Consultant - Dynamics NAV Support, Microsoft NAV, NAV Support, 1st line, 2nd line, Navision, Navision support, NAV Warehouse Management, supply chain, inventory, cost of sales, sales orders management, SQL, Sage 200, NAV 5.0, NAV 2009, NAV 2013, NAV 2015, NAV 2016, Dynamics AX, JD Edwards, BPCS, JBA, Infor S21, - Cambridgeshire - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits Our leading client requires a highly motivated, energetic Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Consultant. The position is to work on our clients support desk covering 1st and 2nd line support to our clients and troubleshooting escalated problems with our client's developers and consultants. Company benefit highlights: - 25 annual holidays per year - Times Top 100 small companies to work for - 36.5 Hour weeks - Earlier Friday finish Key Skills: - Provide excellent levels of customer service in all aspects: Customer facing, telephone & email - NAV Application knowledge - Have experience in using the NAV application. From a support perspective would be advantageous however end user experience would be adequate depending on experience - Analytical mind set - Be able to diagnose problems, find solutions & possible work around - Coding - Be able to read and analyse code. - Excellent English - Both written and verbal - Knowledge of SQL Server would be highly advantageous. - Candidates with similar ERP package experience will be considered Location: Cambridgeshire Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
