Opportunity has arisen in a Global Print & Document solutions company that has been trading successfully for over 30 years. It involves pre and post-sales support for the implementation & management of solutions, which is a diverse and evolving part of our business. We are looking for an individual who has a background working as part of a Support team, assisting in all technical aspects relating to support provided to our clients. Key tasks and responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be providing advanced professional and consultative technical support to our clients. Responsibilities include onsite installations of hardware, software helpdesk support and occasional internal support of our IT infrastructure. - Provide diagnostic, troubleshooting and resolution strategies. - Develop technical documents to support pre-sales team and post installation documentation and knowledge base articles. - Work with clients and solution vendors to locate and resolve product issues. - Handle support ticket escalations through phone and email from service delivery managers and internal support teams. - Document and track all activities, projects and support engagements as per the company guidelines. - To complete onsite and remote software installation and configurations Job Type: Full-time Salary: £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 /year
