Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive with 12+ months experience to support the Marketing Manager in achieving the commercial objectives of their business through the execution of targeted marketing campaigns. This is an exciting, dynamic role with lots of variety and while most marketing executive roles are office based, you won't be tied to your desk as you'll need to help with photo shoots, visit clients and attend necessary meetings, as well as events for new building openings. There is ample opportunity for you to make this role your own, and become involved with the marketing strategy in helping to drive tangible results and revenue for the company. The right candidate will be involved at all levels, including driving the social media for their business, helping to organise promotional events plus working alongside the sales team. This is a varied role that requires a high level of attention to detail. Main duties and responsibilities of the role: Marketing: - Assist with the development and execution of local marketing activities that drive demand for our clients products and services - Create and produce email campaigns and marketing materials that help drive client acquisition and retention activities - Managing key accounts, including content board and Google reviews - Assist the digital marketing manager in the creation of compelling digital marketing content that positions our client as a destination of choice for our target markets - Assisting the manager in creating and distributing internal staff newsletter - Assisting with the booking of hospitality events for clients - Helping to keep all sales promotional literature up to date and in line with current business requirements - Arranging promotional events for brokers and agents - Attend and help schedule photo shoots of new centres, refurbished centres, meeting rooms and staff - Ordering business cards and other stationery items for client relationship managers (access cards, notepads, pens etc.) Reporting and Forecasting: - Assisting the manager in writing reports and analysing data - Conduct research with customers and prospects in order to help inform the future strategy of the business - Working with the sales team to create weekly availability reports for external parties Online Marketing: - Upload marketing materials to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites - Driving the social media campaigns and recognising opportunity - Writing online content - Keeping all centre and partnership listings across the internet up-to-date - Contributing to blog ideas Audit: - Carrying out regular audits of all online listings General: - Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing (or relevant experience); - Personable, presentable and articulate; - Sound understanding of marketing principles; - Computer proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign; - Advantageous; experience of Campaign Monitor and Dotmailer; - Proven track record of success in a similar marketing role; - Possesses significant and up-to-date general/digital marketing knowledge; - A passion for social media; - Strong administration and organisational skills Hours are 9:00 to 5.30pm although you may be expected to put in extra hours as you move towards campaign deadlines.
