Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Location - Herefordshire Salary - Up to £35,000, depending on experience + Excellent benefits Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst required for our client a growing and exciting eCommerce organisation based near Hereford. This organisation is rapidly growing and are adding to their existing IT Teams. The successful Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st line IT support, including call logging and management, to all IT users within the business. It is essential that you have proven experience in providing 1st line IT support services within another commercial setting. A basic understanding of the technology components (application and infrastructure) utilised in an eCommerce environment and a strong working knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2010, Server 2003, 2008 and 2012, Active Directory, Exchange along with good skills in PC maintenance and upgrades. To be successful in this role you will also have strong customer service skills and will be able to communicate at all levels of the business, including logging calls onto a call logging systems accurately Any experience of working in an Agile environment with some experience of application and database support would be a distinct advantage.
