Job Description The role will support you in gaining all of the skills you need to be an excellent administrator. The primary responsibility of the Resourcing Administrator is to assist the Profession and Performance Managers (PPMs) in the administration needed to ensure support of the professional services team (resource pool). Duties/ Responsibilities - Report and share dashboard information on a weekly basis - Supporting with new starters and probationers - Supporting the administration and tracking of feedback and appraisals - Tracking of training forecasts and actuals - Supporting and following up ensuring CV updates - Daily liaison with PPMs to support activities and following up on actions - Introduce a governance process for management and documentation of meetings and actions - Ensure all collateral used is up to date - Receive analyse and distribute monthly reports - Provide other admin support to be defined Other duties will include: - Preparing reports - Using bespoke Software systems - Analysing data - Answering phone calls and emails with customer queries - Working as part of a large team - This will all be underpinned through formal training with a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship Qualities / essential requirements: - Excellent organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to contribute to, support and work with remote teams. - Previous experience of working in a recruitment or resource role - Able to deal confidently and effectively with other staff, including those more senior - Ability to listen and empathise with a range of project staff and stakeholders - Able to multi-task and service multiple interrupts in an organised, methodical way - Able to see the context of the role in the business and prioritise tasks accordingly - Ability to maintain internal relationships to achieve the best from internal staff - Ability to listen and empathise with a range of project staff and stakeholders - Commercially aware - Ability to work under pressure - Self-motivated and assertive - A broad understanding of software and IT in general - Willing to travel Desired Qualifications 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other information Working week - Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
