This role is perfect for you to use as a stepping stone to your career in educational psychology whilst making a huge difference in a young learner's development. You will be joining the schools highly-regarded inclusion department. In a recent Oftsed report the school was rated 'Good' and received strong feedback on the effectiveness of its Inclusion and SEN policies. This school sees the value of a graduate in the inclusion department and you will work closely with the Schools SENCO who will provide you with all the skills you need to provide effective support and you will use these throughout your career as an educational psychologist. To be successful you will be a Psychology graduate with a 2:1 or higher in your degree. You must have gained experience, either paid or voluntary working with children, preferably children with Autism or ADHD where you will be able to transfer the skills you've learnt into this role as a Learning Support Assistant.
