Position : Lead Network Security Consultant Salary: £45-65,000 Location: Slough We are looking for a Lead Network Consultant, to work with us, supporting one of our largest customer infrastructures, we need the individual to be passionate, ambitious and innovative. You will need to work, in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs). You will also be intrinsically involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of complex Network solutions working with our consultants and clients. You will also need to have a support approach coupled with a strong technical background. Must have skills - Substantive and proven Technical experience in designing and implementing complex data networks - Would be imperative to understanding the individuals contribution in projects he/she was involved in the past - Able to analyse the Business requirements of the customer, and propose Technical solutions suitable to meet their needs and adaptable to their existing framework - Be actively involved and drive the technology roadmap alongside the customer - Extensive experience in managing Network Components (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load balancers, Proxies and Wireless) - Demonstrable credibility at a senior role with managing networks, including LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet and other data communication systems - Able to adapt to the roles of a Service Co-ordinator representing My Client and of Lead Network Consultant, as appropriate and when required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the presence and confidence to represent My Client at a senior Technical level - Excellent stakeholder engagement and personal networking skills, able to interact and build relationships and connection with the Customers Operational and Senior Management - Experience of team leadership with the confidence and ability to manage challenge with firmness, sensitivity and diplomacy
