IT Support Analyst (Telephony) - Major Energy Developer This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally established, major energy developer on a permanent, full-time basis in fantastic offices in central London. Aim: The successful applicant would be working on a busy IT Service Desk and would join a virtual team of 20 people that provide 1st/2nd line support on the phone. Key Responsibilities: * Phone support for IT Infrastructure and applications. * Solve 1st and 2nd level incidents and Service Requests. * Ensure that calls are recorded, solutions communicated and tasks closed. * Ensure that calls which Service Desk do not solve are forwarded to the correct group. * Advise, support and inspire the users in their daily use of our IT systems. * Update documentation. Requirements: ITIL Foundation Certified Previous IT Helpdesk/IT Service Desk experience (Min 2yrs) * Windows 8 * Office 2016/365 * Outlook * Skype For Business * Citrix and VPN * Standard PC software * HP PC/laptops * Print, plot, fax, and copy. * Dedicated business specific applications including installation * Must have knowledge about MS Active Directory
