Their objective is to support businesses in driving operational excellence, product innovation, brand value and regulatory compliance, enabling organisations worldwide to succeed sustainably. The role With an impressive solution to implement, our client are keen to have a strong technical acumen in software solutions supporting their sales team in demonstrating the capabilities and value of their software and service proposition. The role will include face-to-face client interaction centred around technology built on a Salesforce platform. You will be configuring and implementing software, delivering training, resolving technical issues, communicating product benefits, and of course, promoting more sustainable ways of conducting business worldwide. The requirements Beyond an interest in sustainability issues and/or experience in sustainability business products, you will exhibit: - Understanding of complex business software applications ran from the Salesforce platform. - Great communication skills and ability to discuss technical concepts fluently, including with non-technical stakeholders at all business levels. - Ability to interpret business need and adapt software product to meet this. - Analytical skills, ideally with knowledge of statistical methods (and related software packages). - Great team mentality. Able to work closely with colleague as well as make an autonomous contribution. - Experience in software implementation.
