A prestigious and well known company is looking for an experienced, professional Book-Keeper to start ASAP in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham. This is a permanent flexible part-time role working 20 hours a week. Preferred days and hours can be negotiable for the right candidate. You will need to have strong experience working in accounts, preferably as a Book-keeper and be able to hit the ground running to help out this busy team in a very successful International manufacturing company. Day to day duties will include: - Entering purchase invoices onto the system - Reconciling purchase orders against invoices - Matching delivery notes and purchase orders - Producing a monthly payment list - Monthly management reports - Contacting people regarding missing payments (credit control) - Small payment runs - Checking statements - Filing - Monthly expenses - Payroll - VAT Submission & Intrastat To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - Previous experience in a similar role - Experience with PEGASUS/OPERA is an advantage but full training will be provided - Great communication skills, both written and verbal - Good customer service skills Training of our internal systems will be provided both internally and externally on start date If you have the experience required and this sounds like the role for you, please contact us today for immediate consideration.
