Based from home, our Vitality Nurse Practitioner will receive a competitive salary plus benefits including; - Bonus - A genuine long-term opportunity to grow and establish a long-term career - Our award winning private medical insurance - Pension - A comprehensive flexible benefits scheme About our Vitality Nurse Practitioner role As a nurse / health practitioner with the Vitality Healthy Workplace Team you will be expected to complete onsite medical examinations for the vitality members (employees) of Vitality group business clients in a range of geographical locations. These examinations will include Blood Pressure, BMI and Blood Glucose and Cholesterol, in addition to further examinations to be set by the Vitality Healthy Workplace team. These results will be uploaded to the Member zone to update Health Review and for the award of Vitality points. Working a 37.5 hour week you will be required to work from Monday to Friday from roughly 09:00 to 17:00. Each appointment will take approximately 20 minutes. Your role will include liaising with clients, Vitality members and our operational team as well as promoting health and wellbeing in a professional manner. To become our Vitality Nurse Practitioner, you will have the below skills and experience: - Have a broad range of experience, medical knowledge and be experienced in a range of medical testing procedures. - Have attention to detail, be an excellent communicator and with great people / customer service skills. - You must be computer literate - Able to work independently with drive, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment. Vitality will provide you with full training and operational support and you will be required to keep up and maintain your professional registration. In order to apply for this role you must be a fully qualified nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), OR equivalent tertiary- level health qualification with at least two years' experience completing medical examinations. You will also have registration to a relevant professional body.
