Innovation / Development Engineer £45,000 - £50,000 - Runcorn If you are looking for a role where you can be highly creative and innovative, where you will be coming up with new concepts and prototypes and researching new technologies for next-generation products then this is the role for you. This is an innovative role covering all aspects of concept design, development and test. You could be a Development/R&D Engineer, or want to get into this type or role, but having an understanding of the development process will be a real benefit. You will be managing the direction of the concept, running projects and liaising with design and test engineers, managing the test and test area and doing all relevant documentation and reports. It is important that you have experience in: - Degree qualified - MEng or BEng in Mechanical Engineering (2:1 minimum). - Experience in mechanical design and development from the concept stage. - Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D software. - Experience working with mechanisms/moving parts and have knowledge of GD&Ts.
