Employer Description We are a small expert company, with a core group of highly experienced Dynamics AX professionals, with over 130 AX projects completed to date between us. We understand the full breadth and capability of the Dynamics AX ERP software suite, and want to utilise this knowledge to enhance your business. We supply only skilled IT professionals that are at the top of their game with 37 years of experience and are experts in the major AX modules. Job Description You'll have the opportunity to work alongside your Line Manager to develop your skills in organising and hosting events and exhibitions. Duties/ Responsibilities - Learn how to liaise with external agencies, such as print suppliers or newspapers and magazines - Develop your organisational skills by formulating a content calendar to learn how to manage timelines and learn how to write a report on issues and trends - Learn how to liaise with external vendors to host promotional events and campaigns - Develop your communication skills by collaborating with marketing and other professionals to co-ordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts - Work with the team to plan and execute initiates to reach the target audience through appropriate channels such as TV, social media, email and Facebook - Assist in analysing marketing data such as campaign results, rates, traffic, etc. to help shape future marketing strategies Qualities / essential requirements: - Experience of using the main social media platforms, as well as email and the web - Familiarity with content management platforms - Digital organisational skills, including computerised file and folder organisation - Personal organisational skills, including time keeping and workspace management - Good verbal and written communication skills - Enthusiasm, reliability, flexibility and self-motivation - Good attention to detail - Creative frame of mind - A genuine interest in digital and print marketing Desired Qualifications 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other information Working week - 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday Benefits Holidays increase from 20 days to 25 days after first year, bonus for outstanding work is paid, uniform allowance and book allowance is paid. Good social life in the centre and with the team here, company Christmas party, summer events etc. Usually, employers ask the Apprentices to come in a bit later so that we can all get together and plan the day for them, so 10am - 4pm works well for us.
