1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst/Engineer/Technician - Kidlington A 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst Required with 3 months+ experience on a Service Desk in Kidlington supporting Microsoft Windows XP/7/8.1, Microsoft Office and any service management system is required by my client based in Kidlington. You must have good troubleshooting and analytical skills and have previous IT Service desk/Helpdesk experience. You will provide 1st line support on a range of issues. To be considered for the 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst/Engineer/Technician role you will need to be able to demonstrate your knowledge in the following : *PC/Laptop support - hardware diagnoses & configuration *Printer support - hardware diagnoses & configuration *Password resets, user administration *Windows Operating System (XP & Windows 7/8.1) *MS Office including MS Outlook *Call logging You must have exceptional communication skills. Any experience in the public sector would be a bonus as would any ITIL experience. This is a fantastic role for one of our most prestigious clients. In this 1st line IT support service role you shall also provide first line technical support and advice as part of a team of 1st line people for calls received via telephone, online portal and email. You shall adhere to Service Level agreements with the business, as well as operational Level Agreements within IT. Please note successful candidates will have to go through a vetting process.
