In that team, you will manage App Store Optimization (ASO) for some of the job-apps within the StepStone Group. Besides you will drive the ASO community within the StepStone group by organizing workshops, sharing insights and guidelines and from time to time act as a fresh pair of eyes to review other apps. You will report to the SEO team lead. Description As our ASO - SEO Manager, you will *Analyze current performance of the job apps in the app stores in terms of visibility and conversion rates. *Revisit and finetune the current ASO strategy. *Drive AB-testing scenarios. *Report and communicate insights to stakeholders. *You collaborate with your direct colleagues and across the organization to define and develop reporting and analysis, based on KPIs, to support the online marketing strategy, define the ASO strategy and take decisions on the operational level. Profile: *You have 2 years+ experience in setting-up, implementing and executing an ASO strategy. *You are a mobile expert, having experience in SEO is a plus. *You have a higher degree with a strong statistical and analytical background. *You are fully proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. *You have expertise with web analytics tools - Adobe marketing cloud and Power BI experience is a plus. *You are curious by nature and proactively come up with innovative ideas to support your business, thinking outside the box is your default. *You have a business English level. *International experience is a plus. *You have excellent communication skills and a sense of humour. *You have experience in project management. *You can translate business needs/value in actions. *You can work under own initiative. *You are willing to travel for 10-20% of your time.
