2nd line support - VOIP, SIP, Cisco This is a great opportunity to join a successful, growing business that provides a leading-edge hosted VoIP services. It's a tier 2 support role, interfacing with b2b customers who typically have a technical background, so you'll be diagnosing and solving interesting, complex problems. There are lots of opportunities to learn new technical skills and you'll get the chance to attain technical accreditations. There's also a great onward career path in a fast-growing company including progressing to higher tiers of the team and also the possibility of working overseas. You will need a proven background in a support role, with experience of supporting VoIP services. Preferably you'll be very proficient in SIP. You should also have good IP routing & switching skills (Cisco). Experience of Linux and SQL would be useful, as would any exposure to Broadsoft, ACME packet / Oracle SBC, Brocade, QoS or MPLS.
