Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategic planning necessary to develop 3 individual identities, branding and strategic plan for the marketing of each of these identities. Our client, a telecommunication product distributor is at an exciting crossroads with the company creating three separate identities, brand names, each with its own purpose. Basic Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience. Holiday - 20 days pa plus statuary. Hours- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Company pension plan, private health care and death in service insurance available. Company - Our client is a distributor of telecommunication products with around 80% of their sales being headsets which are provided to many of the largest UK call centres but they also cover many other communication products ranging from call recording to basic telephones. - Their main sales tool is their website which is the industry's leading site - Their annual turnover is c£11 million and they have been trading for 23 years Role - Create three separate brands strategies that represent the values of each of the brands and create a professional marketing proposal for each that can then be used in the development of marketing materials. - Create a strategic plan for brand development over a 1yr, 2yr and 3yr period. - Work closely with purchasing and sales to create product focused content for all traditional and digital marketing materials. - Develop copywriting styles for each brand and deploy these through each of the areas, printed materials, website, presentations and advertising. - Create and Coordinate the annual advertising & PR Schedule, ensuring that press releases and adverts are ready for publication on time. - Negotiate with manufacturers for budget necessary to increase the marketing opportunities. Report back on the success of campaigns to gain further increases - Coordinate and create any information required for press releases, product launches and case studies from a range of sources - internal and external. Produce and update a marketing plan - Communicate with sales to create growth through targeted marketing. - Utilise historic purchasing information to create marketing lists for new products. - Review all relevant publication, on and offline, to create a database of media. - Planning email marketing and design and analysis of the click throughs and ROI Requirements - Candidates need to have a strong marketing background (B2B) - Degree level candidates with Marketing Degree - Experience in the Adobe suit of software to create and amend marketing materials is essential as illustrator, indesign, photoshop and dreamweaver will be used daily to complete the above tasks. - Ideally with previous experience in a telecoms company - a minimum 2 years of implementation of your own ideas in a company as they will be leading the company on their marketing strategy. - Must be Proactive (You will be taking lead and not be given much direction) you must constantly be coming up with new ideas (PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THIS IN CV)
