Technical Analyst - Web Analytics / Data Processes - Peterborough The Technical Analyst will report into our Lead Architect and will support our Architects with analysing and manipulating technical data and presenting back to stakeholders across the business. They'll play a key role in helping us to understand the end to end process of our customer journey and how we can service them better. You must be extremely hands on, a 'do-er' with experience in web analytics from a high transactional ecommerce business. As a Technical Analyst you'll drive the analysis and elicitation of end-to-end technical and data processes to ensure first class solutions can be offered to customers. You'll curate the standards and principles associated with the flows to help drive great solutions and achieve consistency. You'll work closely alongside all teams to deliver cross-functional solutions and ensure adherence to technical principles and governance standards. You'll be passionate about research and design activity and innovation that will aid future solutions, deliver great customer experiences and provide a competitive advantage to the business. Your Background & Experience: Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leveraging collaborative relationships is key to making this Technical Analyst role work. You'll look to further solutions and technology as a competitive advantage and balance this effectively against commercial priorities. You'll contribute to the business-wide target architecture and processes, analysing and documenting the end-to-end flow. Providing expertise to product teams on cross-functional solutions to ensure consistency and improve security, stability and scalability. You're likely to be doing a similar role currently and will have proven experience of delivering requirements that drive good solutions to meet commercial objectives. In addition to this you'll have exceptional facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills with experience working multiple business patterns and domains. You'll be an advocate of lean principles and be keen to perform research and development into new areas.
