Employer Description This is an award winning property law firm, which has grown incredibly over the last 5 years. Job Description Currently looking for a 1st line IT Desktop Support Engineer Apprentice to join the IT Team of an award winning property law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right skill set to join a growing business. Our IT department is a shared resource offering support to the employees and management of both Equilaw and Thomas Legal. Reporting to the head of IT, as our internal IT Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing an effective 1st line support function within our businesses. You will troubleshoot and solve any user's IT software & network related issues, escalating them to our 2nd/3rd line support where necessary. In addition to the troubleshooting role, you will be required to administer our day-to-day IT environment, setting up new users, providing desktop support and making modifications to existing users as necessary. Although employed by Thomas Legal you will also provide effective 1st line IT support for our sister company Equilaw Ltd.
