Leeds Building Society is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Services department, based at our Butts Court Office in the heart of Leeds city centre. About the role The IT Support Analyst will maintain the Society's IT systems, hardware and software through effective customer service, support and maintenance and ensure change is managed in line with procedures that deliver best practice. Key Accountabilities - Provide triage for all tickets before assigning to 2nd and 3rd resolvers. - To provide support to the IT Service Desk during busy periods and answer the phone to our clients in a professional and efficient manner. - Process customer escalation within 1 hour of receipt and ensure action is taken by the resolving team. - To ensure that the Society's IT systems are operational and available for use by the business as per agreed SLA. - Provide 1st & 2nd line support for IT servers, desktop, communication and core business applications. - Monitoring the use and performance of the IT systems and identify potential problems. - Configuration and installation of all servers and desktop hardware, software and operating systems to the Society's requirements. - Creation and maintenance of technical and manual procedures. - Regular housekeeping of the Society's IT systems. This includes reporting of faults/failures and the completion of all-relevant documentation and logs.
