Your role at SilverDoor and Citybase Apartments The Accounts Receivable Support has responsibility to administer the company's overall sales ledger workload under the direction of the Accounts Receivables Manager. Role Responsibilities - To prepare, quality check, process and post client payment requests and credit notes in line with the agreed sales ledger business processes - To provide world-class client service delivery and communication and ensure that all client accounts receivables issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - To be pro-active in recognising potential client credit control issues and bringing them to the attention of the Accounts Receivables Manager - To take time and care to understand the company's Business Relations team processes, service delivery commitments and staff personalities, in order to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with them - To ensure that accurate reconciliation of sales ledger accounts is maintained Experience and Skills Required - A sound knowledge of billing process and 1-2 years sales ledger corporate experience (preferable, not essential) - Has relevant experience of Sage 200 accounts (preferable, not essential) - Has excellent verbal and written English - Has good numeracy skills and advanced Excel knowledge - Has problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to business. - Has a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Strictly no agencies approaches please, we are not looking to use agencies
