Our Compliance Reporting Officer will receive a competitive salary plus benefits including; - Bonus - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Our award winning private medical insurance - Stakeholder Pension Plan with employer contribution - Vitality Partners and Rewards - Access to great onsite facilities As our Compliance Reporting Officer your role will be to carry out effective monitoring of intermediated sales channels and brokers to ensure that poor conduct is identified and acted upon and to work with the Head of Sales Compliance to provide robust oversight. Responsibilities as our Compliance Reporting Officer: Collation and analysis of Life & Invest sales quality data including: - Complaints - Lapse rates - Breaches Exclusive Associates - Attend Joint Management Committees - Site visits - Risks & issues log Governance - Data collation and analysis for: - Conduct Committee - Customer Committee Sign off, track and monitor: - Inducements - Incentives - Compliance returns - Gifts and Entertainment - Document processes and procedures within the Distribution Channels, identifying gaps and improvements - Investigate breaches to conclusion - Franchise and broker site visits - Provide cover for Head of Sales Compliance when required - Creation and maintenance of Distribution Governance Operations Manual - Attend and present at monthly sales meetings - Arrange meetings, write agendas and distribute minutes as required - Any ad-hoc requests made by Distribution Management Team To become our Compliance Reporting Officer, you will have the below skills and experience: - Proven experience within the financial investment industry - Minimum intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - LP2 qualified or equivalent - Fastidious attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Diplomacy and tact in dealing with business sensitive information - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group - Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities - Able to analyse and report on data - Ability to produce accurate reports within short time periods - Able to analyse and retain information - Demonstrate a high attention to detail in performing tasks - Self-starter able to work under pressure to tight deadlines - Able to work both independently and within a team environment Working for Vitality as a Compliance Reporting Officer, you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
