We are now looking for a Digital PMO Lead to support our digital team Digital is in the driving seat and we're taking the lead. What being a Portfolio Manager involves This role has responsibility for coordinating the delivery of Digital change across direct line group brands. From aggregation (requests & estimates) and prioritisation, through to the allocation of resources this role works across the digital team to ensure that we have a single consistent and transparent approach to the tracking and management of all changes. The Digital PMO Lead is the single point of collation for all status reporting and delivery issue escalation and manages risk across Digital You will also Champion the agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) within the team, ensure that Agile principles are practised Skills and Qualities - Demonstrable experience of prioritising and managing a large portfolio of Digital change initiatives across multi products/brands and range of devices - Agile Project Management in a Digital environment - Successful track record of working within a continuously improving & fast paced Digital environment - Ability to lead and manage collaboration across multi discipline teams - Demonstrates good awareness of risk management processes and principles, providing guidance, solutions and challenge on standard/complex issues - Uses established Risk methods and practices and analyses information to assess urgency and severity of issues raised and delivers appropriate, pragmatic solutions
