The Role We are currently looking for a Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team and deliver exciting and challenging projects across the UK. You will be expected to provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality. This is a great opportunity for a Dynamics CRM expert from another consultancy, or an end user who is ready to make the move into a consultancy environment. You will gain exposure to the latest accreditations and versions due to our close alliance with Microsoft, whilst working with some real industry experts. Your main responsibilities include; - Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analysing the customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application to meet the customer's needs. - Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes. - Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and evaluates the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality. - Demonstrates experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects. - Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected. - Is responsible for configuring and customising the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer's business requirements. - Facilitates the customer's decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customisations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application.) - Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application. - Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications. The Person It is important that the right candidate has the following background; - A proven background in, and knowledge of, Dynamics CRM systems (365 is an advantage) - Involved in full implementations either from an end user or consultancy - Ideally involved in multiple projects - Exposure to many different industries - Strong ability to analyse and understand business issues - It would be beneficial to have an overall understanding of other dynamics systems - High degree of insight and analytical skill - Team-oriented; willing to align work with team's priorities and goals - Able to influence, negotiate and build consensus - Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities - Skilled in organizational change - Clear and effective communication with a great ability to build trust A lot of travel to client site is expected for this role, so it is vital you are happy to be on sites across the UK with the ability to stay away from home 3 - 4 nights/week.
