My client, an established organisation based in the centre of Bristol are offering this fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join their team. This would suit a 1st /2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst who is looking to make the next step up in their career. Position Summary: * Providing on-the-ground and remote IT support. * Providing 1st line support to Centres globally. * Required to assist with specific IT projects. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting end users * Provisioning and troubleshooting client and network systems * Maintaining hardware audits and documentation Education Required: * a valid IT Certification.
