We are a property investment company that specialises in buy-to-let property in the UK's regional cities. From our offices in Leeds and Hong Kong, our mission is to make the process of property investment as smooth and straight-forward as possible for our clients. Role and responsibilities: You will have a marketing qualification and be a recent graduate with strong digital skills. You should also have an understanding of CRM systems and how they are used in business. You should have proven copywriting capability and an eye for design would be an advantage, as you will assist on a company project to deliver a new website. Your primary focus will be: - To learn about the company's growth strategy and the different departments within the business whose requirements feed into the CRM and website projects - To work in a team responsible for the implementation of a new website, utilizing new brand messaging and guidelines to deliver a modern, responsive end product - Managing changes to the CRM tool so it can be used effectively by marketing and sales - To work effectively with internal and external colleagues to understand the requirements of the projects you are working on - Making sure that any necessary admin in relation to the website or CRM projects is completed to prevent delays in the project completion Desired Skills & Experience: - Excellent administration skills - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrate a â?~can do' attitude - Work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn - Analytical - Organised and self-motivated for your own workload - Be able to communicate ideas effectively - Possess an excellent grasp of the English language The Digital Marketing Intern requires specific expertise and experience and because of this we are offering a paid, temporary position to the right candidate. You will need to be able to manage multiple priorities and take full ownership of the role responsibilities, including working with the Marketing Director and Head of Communications to make sure you meet project goals. Work Pattern: You would usually work standard office hours 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, possibly with extra hours to meet deadlines. 37.5 hours, temporary for 3 months.
