Technical / Applications Support Analyst with strong Oracle skills required to provide a high level of technical service and support our client`s to the customer base, which includes many blue chip organisations in its portfolio. Responding to calls from clients who may be fully managed, hosted or direct support customers within SLA. Contacting customers either by phone or email to understand issue and provide advice and guidance if appropriate. The successful candidate will have the following: Minimum 3 years experience within a technical / application / software support role Proven experience in supporting Oracle databases Oracle admin skills: Installs Upgrades Import/export Live to test copies Knowledge in Goldengate, streams, datapump, statspack, heapdumps etc. The initial starting salary is £30k to £32k and also comes with a great flexible benefits package that can be tailored to your needs including 25 days holiday, healthcare, contributory pension, life assurance, childcare vouchers etc. Fantastic modern premises with on-site parking.
