Expanding UK Law firm have a requirement for an IT Service Desk Analyst, where you will Provide user support for IT facilities via desk side visits, phone and remotely. Maintain records within the call logging software and ensure incidents are logged and managed in a timely manner. Monitor any recurring incidents and escalate as necessary Assist in roll-outs of new systems Set up PCs and workstations to access network, servers and required software Provide user training if required Basic Network troubleshooting The successful applicant will have previous experience of working within a Law firm, possessing expertise with MS Windows , MS Office 2010-2016 Document management systems (imanage/Filesite) Big Hand, Avaya IP telephony.
