CRM Analyst A digital, Marketing and social agency - always looking at new ways to improve customer brands. Assisting with technology, data and creative strategy, they work with amazing brands including: Monarch and Wonga. Job Description The CRM Analyst will be required to assist the larger team with campaign data processing, reporting and interrogation data to deliver collective insights for their clients' CRM strategy - you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of campaigns across various client portfolios. They're ideally looking for a numerically minded and technically focused individual who is quick to adapt to new challenges and technologies and is keen to develop their skills further. This is an incredible opportunity for a talented analyst to gain valuable experience of the marketing industry working with a company who capitalises on digital techniques and the application of new and exciting technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Run campaign data selections and suppression processes - Support the team with requests related to data selections and extracts or supporting systems. - Undertake campaign analysis and report on results - Explore data-sets to generate insights that inform client strategy - Develop data flows for automated customer journeys - Identify any data or processing issues and immediately provide the appropriate notification for resolution. Desired Skills and Experience - 2 years experience working in a hands-on data/analysis role - Advanced Excel User - Proficient in SQL - Analytically minded - Solid numerical skills, preferably with qualifications in a numerical discipline - Awareness of relational database concepts - Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, SAS or SPSS would be an advantage - Experience using Campaign Management tools or ESPs would be an advantage - Excellent communication skills with ability explain processes to non-technical stakeholders - Fluent English
