The Organisation Russam GMS is working with a property finance business who are going through an exciting period of change. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most exciting and innovating clients in London. Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Chief Operating Officer to improve process and procedure with complete focus on the customer experience The Operations Manager will: - Ensure the day processes performed by the Operations team deliver exceptional customer service, within a dynamic but controlled and regulated environment - Work closely with colleagues, plus stakeholders from across the business, to implement new procedures and systems that will improve performance against the agreed and documented SLAs - Be responsible for a range of activities including: processing of new loan enquiries, full applications, AML/KYC, credit searches, workflow, loan completions, reporting and associated customer/client correspondence - Be responsible for managing operational procedures in order to support Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial & Development Finance lending - Proactively engage with and supporting the Sales, Credit and Finance teams to maintain coordination throughout the customer journey - Manage the day-to-day relationship with system provider(s) to ensure speed, quality, resilience and accuracy are effectively delivered in line with our high standards for the benefit of our customers - Scope and test system improvements, for example process changes, documents, new products etc to support both growth and efficiency - Co-ordinate Regulatory/Compliance/Legal document or process changes as and when required. Ensure relevant changes are made, reviewed, sign off and distributed accordingly including website content - Manage the budget for documentation changes and maintain the archive for all historic and current versions, maintaining version control for audit purposes - Liaise with HM Land Registry with regards to Mortgage Deeds and ACD forms as required when T&C's are updated - Coordinate with Risk and Compliance to ensure that Octopus Property maintains an effective control framework to protect our customer, staff and investors This is a permanent role, based in Central London. The Desired Applicant The Operations Manager will: - Have worked in a similar role within either banking, FS, leasing, lending - Be experienced within lending operations - Possess a significant desire to develop and grow within the role - Have the ability to grow and recruit a team - Have regulatory knowledge, FCA and PRA How to Apply Interested applicants should log in / register and upload an up to date CV.
