Job Title; Purchase Ledger Controller - Finance Consultants; Karen Reynolds and Andrew Schofield Our Client is a Multi National Group of Import / Manufacture and Distribution. Due to significant expansion and changes to the business they are now looking to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller for the Finance team. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager the role will be responsible for processing payments and reconciling UK, Europe and China. On a day to day basis you will work across; - Matching Supplier documents / PO's and delivery notes - Review of Invoices for all Product Imports - Liaise with Internal and External contacts including Warehouse and Suppliers - Extensive Query Management and Resolution - within agreed SLA timescales - Work across Freight Invoices - checking Prices / Duty and Freight are correct - Assisting with managing Bonded Warehouse Processes and Reconciliation - Preparation of Supplier Statement Reconciliations - Working across Payments including Loans and Supplier Payments - Producing Weekly and Monthly Reports - Working to apply Month End process - Ad hoc duties as required Our Clients works on SAP / Sage 200 and Excel The role requires a character who can work on their own and be capable of planning own workload etc. but also be someone who works well as part of a team. You will also need to be commercially aware of how the Purchase Ledger function affects the wider business.
