My client is one of the UK's fastest growing mobile job boards, set up as a collaboration between leading recruitment firms and employers. Having recently completed a round of SeedRs funding, they are now looking to position themselves as an innovative leader and promoter of video applications, removing the need for arduous CVs. As such they are looking to take on a creative, socially adept and techy individual to spearhead their social media and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: In this job role you can expect to: - Help produce marketing content and literature for a range of audiences/clients/markets. - Assist with monitoring and posting on Social Media channels, including Twitter and LinkedIn. - Contribute world and market events to the editorial calendar to help stimulate PR/Comms activity. - Assist with marketing and sponsorship videos including scheduling videos, setting up the equipment and uploading videos to YouTube. - Use Google Analytics to view and distribute social media and marketing activity on Thinking Aloud. - Support Head of Marketing in all aspects of managing the marketing team, including support around planning campaigns, arranging events/roadshows, reporting, budgeting and admin. You may be required to complete other tasks from time to time. Required Skills: Personal qualities - You have good communication skills both verbally and written - You're personable and comfortable dealing with new people - Good logical thinker, knowledge of working social media and how this can impact business profile - Open nature, creative, professional personal presentation as applicant will be working closely with directors and managers Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including English and Maths.
