Employer Description This is an innovative leading provider and developer of affordable housing and related services in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire, managing almost 12,000 properties. Job Description We anticipate that the programme will be flexible to meet the objectives of the organisation in a changing climate. Many aspects of the apprenticeship can be led by the apprentice to meet their own personal interests and strengths in order to make this experience as valuable as possible for them. Duties/ Responsibilities - Assist with the Group digital presence - To learn how to edit and add content to our digital services and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date - Assist the Web and Digital Development Manager to develop and adopt new methods of digital customer interaction - Help to identify areas of the business where digital delivery could directly inform the customers and develop realistic solutions - Support with the development, implementation and management of the Digital Delivery strategy - Ensuring the websites, intranets and other digital communications are current and accurate - Ensuring content is managed with regard to relevance and customer requirements - Working closely with the Communications team to develop the websites and other digital communications to promote the Group and its subsidiary associations - Ensuring User Experience (UX) is identified and solutions designed according to the relevant audience and delivery method - Understanding business processes and development requirements when implementing digital projects and marketing schemes - Tracking and reporting SEO results across platforms - Managing the tracking and reporting of the customer journey using Google Analytics - Maintaining and developing the company website and other digital media to improve SEO ranking and data capture - Development of our digital services utilising CMS tools such as Wordpress, graphic software and HTML and CSS code - Constantly review the use of the website / intranet other communication methods and research ways of improving digital communication and interaction with customers, staff and stakeholders - Ensuring managers are aware of the capabilities of online systems / information and conduct training as required - Helping to develop and maintain a Digital Delivery Strategy across the group - Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post, as necessary or as requested Qualities / essential requirements: - Enthusiastic and willing attitude to learn - Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines - Computer Literate, ability to type and good numeracy skills - An awareness of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, MS Office, Photoshop or similar - Familiarity of with Social Media platforms - Ability to maintain clear, concise records - Ability to organise and prioritise work - Excellent communication skills - Understanding of and commitment to the principles and practices of equality and diversity - Flexible approach to hours worked and work content - Must be able to travel effectively and efficiently to our sites Desired Qualifications Must have A-Levels Other information Hours of work - 8.45am - 5pm Monday - Friday Benefits - Great opportunity for someone to join an ever-expanding organisation. - On successful completion, you may be offered a permanent position. - Working with an experienced team will give you lots to learn.
